2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Acceptance of orders is subject to the minimum order quantities set per product category. MOQs are published on request and may vary by fabric, colour and decoration. Orders below MOQ may be declined.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude UK and EU shipping and applicable taxes (including VAT, where chargeable). Payment terms are agreed in writing on the invoice; goods remain the property of Vantago Ltd. until paid in full.
4. Inquiries & Orders
Submissions through this website represent requests for a quote, not binding orders. A binding order arises only upon written agreement of the invoice issued by Vantago Ltd., at which point production or dispatch is scheduled.
5. Delivery & Claims
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Defective or incorrect bulk items must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence, to be eligible for replacement or credit.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the wider United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.
